Clonvo is an engineering-led team shipping a multi-tenant AI agent platform for SMBs and enterprise brands.
We started Clonvo because every business we talked to was stitching together a different pile of tools: one for WhatsApp, another for Instagram, a third for the AI, and a CRM on top. Nothing worked together, everything leaked data, and nobody could explain why replies went out at 3am.
Our answer: one tenant-aware platform with a proper inbox, CRM, templates, broadcasts, and an AI agent that stays on brand. Built directly on Meta's official Business Messaging APIs — WhatsApp Business, Instagram Messaging, and Messenger Platform — with retrieval-augmented grounding so the bot never invents product facts.
Principles

- Humans stay in the loop. The bot identifies itself as AI, hands off the moment it isn't sure, and never impersonates a real teammate.
- Honest analytics. We surface costs and errors, not vanity metrics. You see exact LLM spend per conversation.
- Compliance is a feature. We treat Meta's policies, GDPR, the EU AI Act, and our customers' opt-in obligations as product requirements, not paperwork.
